    Ashutosh Chaturvedi,
    Kindly tell us HOW to RESET preferences. I cannot find ANY reference to the export command in the preferences.

    As a side note, the "Use Artboards" button doesn't seem to have any effect on the final file. It still crops to the artwork instead of including the artboard.

    How does one "kindly clean your preferences"? I see nothing in the preferences to address this issue.
