Adobe. Make It an Experience. An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI am posting again because the problem is getting worse, sometimes, even "save as" doesn't work. And sometimes, it says the file is in use so it cannot be saved, or recovered! I have to save with different names, I end up with a lot of files, even if I try to delete the "previous versions", sometimes, it won't allow me because it says the files are in use or locked! They are not even opened and I am the only one with access to the files! This is getting really really annoying and it's seriously affecting my work. I know it could be a problem with High Sierra but hoping for Apple to fix it is like winning a lottery, slim chance., they don't really care
I am sure your technical team is much better than Apple's so please do something about it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI am also having this problem. Seems to be getting more and more frequent... I am using a MAC with High Sierra too. Sounds like there are more and more people with this issue, so maybe it's time to have a fix for this.
I downloaded the pre-release build and started using it. Seems to be working fine so far, Illustrator doesn't quit anymore when I press CTRL S. THANK YOU for fixing the problem. I knew Adobe team would come up with a solution faster than Apple could.
Thank you again for the fix.
