    We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

    1. ai 22.1 (x64)
    2. Select artboard with artboard tool. Option "copy/move artboards with the content" is disabled. Press any arrow key on keyboard to move artboard.
    3. I expect what the artboard will be moved wihout contents
    4. Artboard moved wih contents
