    Hi,

    This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator version (23.0.3 on WIN & 23.0.4 on MAC).

    Please update AI & let us know if you are still facing the issue or not.

    Have the same problem. It seems to be an issue with screen scaling (e.g. 200% on higher resolution displays)
    Using a 4K screen with 200% scaling makes the right click menu appear always at half of the position between the left top of the workspace area and the actual mouse pointer position.
