    Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

    I do have one suggestion – please reset preferences and try again. Found the following in your crash report.

    terminating with uncaught exception of type dvacore::filesupport::eof_error: Error reading past end of file: ‘/Users/bradharris/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings/en_US/WSMgrCfg/WSMgrCfg’
    abort() called
