I'm having the same issue. I don't know what it is; the update to 22.1 on illustrator, or updating my OS to Windows 10 version 1803 feature update.
I'm using an HP Spectre x360. 16 GB Ram. Intel HD Graphics 620. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?
