    Hi,

    This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator version (23.0.3 on WIN & 23.0.4 on MAC).

    Please update AI & let us know if you are still facing the issue or not.

    Same issue here, is very annoying. Been 3 years with this problem and no fix.
