An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Basang Basangov commentedIn my case, the outdated version of the Adobe Illustrator didn't work perfectly with the latest version of MacOS (Mojave), so I updated AI to the latest version and it worked well.

Cathy H, I think you should update AI to the latest version - CC 2019 (23.0.3). Good luck!
