    We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

    I have the exact same problem and I can't get my work done today because of it. Is there any workaround to get rid of that blue tool tip pop-up? I need to adjust my dartboards, which has been simple to do the last 10 years in Illustrator.....
