We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

I have lost my artistic expression for a bit from the aggravation. I also spent $200. for IT tech to look at my computer for issues. Not being able to have my curser let go of objects has fried my last nerve. I HOPE THIS FIX WORKS, AND CAN WE GET A REBATE????
