    there are two issues in this post
    1. Users want this feature to work on multiple monitors.
    2. Users want to have a view actual pixels for web drawings.

    for #2: we have an option to disable – You have to go to Preferences > General and uncheck “Display print size at 100% Zoom”.

    I've noticed this in the 2019 last update as well. My 1/1 does not seem correct. I use to be able to Command 1 on a 11x17 spread that would sit within my 24" monitor window, now it is seemingly zoomed in.
