An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Cary commentedAdobe admins have declared all issues fixed with release 23.0.1 but it's absolutely NOT true. Very frustrating to deal with hapless customer service (which takes time), pay the monthly fee for this product, and not be able to use it for days or weeks. I usually try not to vent in online forums but this is beyond my patience.

This is not completed as was marked by Ashutosh Chaturvedi more than two months ago. This is an ongoing problem that frustrates paying customers. I've been using Illustrator for 26 years and I have never been more dissatisfied with Adobe.
