    We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.2

    I have this problem too. Record actions – use them - batch use them too – all working perfectly. Then quit Illustrator and when it's reopened, the names of the steps are there in the actions panel but the actual action underneath (in the list of actions) are all gone. This is repeatable (IOW keeps happening). Doesn't seem to matter if the action is in the default actions folder (in the actions panel) or in a new folder that I created. Please fix this asap – makes Illustrator unusable. (So many bugs in CC 2019 ugh)...
    Mac Mojave - latest version Illustrator v23.0.1. And this was a clean install because I got a new computer so there are NO old illustrator files hanging around to cause problems.
