Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience. Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.
Thanks & Regards,

I've created an isometric grid for illustration and converted the grid lines to guides. When I leave my document open for a while (maybe an hour or more) and come back to it, my guides seem to be gone. The "Guides" item in the "View" menu is grayed out, and the keyboard shortcut Cmd+Shift+; to toggle guides on does not work. Nothing is hidden or locked in my document. Closing and reopening the document immediately fixes the issue, with guides toggling on off when prompted. There's clearly a bug here, figured I should flag it! I'm in Illustrator v. 23.0.1, and I've attached the file where I've (twice today) experienced this issue.
