This issue is fixed in Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update.
If you have not updated to Creative Cloud Desktop 5.2 update then you can try restarting the machine to proceed with installation.

I have been waiting to be helped on Chat Support. Its been 3 hours of wait with 3 people transferring me to the wrong department each time. The issue is not fixed yet. Can somebody tell me specifically what needs to be done? What did the support from Chat do? Anyone remember?
