Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Problem:
The starting screen in Illustrator keeps loading and never really loads (see attached for screenshot).
When it started:
It only started yesterday.
What I've tried so far:
I uninstalled Illustrator and tried re-installing but that didn't help.
I uninstalled Illustrator and then uninstalled Creative Cloud desktop app and re-installed both, it didn't help.
I deleted all of the Illustrator settings from AppData, still, it didn't help.
Help?!
