   Based on feedback, this issue is fixed by upgrading to MacOS Catalina . We are closing this .Let us know if you are still observing this on MacOS Catalina and we will reopen this thread.

   Mine also seems to happen when I am dragging logos/graphics around, but not since I turned off GPU performance on both AI and ID, which brings it's own baggage.
