1. Disable "hover scrolling to change numeric value in input fields"! At least an option to do so

   The latest Beta 29.4.2 now doesn’t change values in all input fields when a mouse is scrolled on hover.

   Currently it’s completely disabled and there is no option to enable it back, if needed.

   Please try it and comment.

   Stop forcing users to use things they don't like. All new "features" should have a disable option. This is not rocket science.
