An error occurred while saving the comment Jdog commentedStill happening to me. What a waste of time. Makes me hate using typekit fonts. I have AI open but the fonts are all missing even thought CC indicates 62 fonts where synced. They still don't show up.
You really need to fix the font syncing - it's been brutal for years and it's still brutal. It should be synced as though the fonts are installed locally. Or offer the option to download fonts from Adobe to have them install if you can't make this work properly. I'm signed in everywhere and the fonts never sync. I have to jump through all the same hoops of going online and logging in and our and then re syncing - it's so disfunctional.
