210 votesThe fix to this problem is pushed into general release 29.6 — but the team needs a confirmation from us, since the nature of the bug is elusive. Please try to see if it still happens or not and comment back. Otherwise the team plans to close this report as resolved.

I've also had this issue and had to rebuild the file.
