   Hello,
   I have been having crashes in illustrator as well, although I have been doing very simple moves or using simple tools like: moving a shape, selecting text).
   I am using MacOS version 10.13.6

   The page completely freezes and I cant even access any option from the main mac toolbar, I would have to force shut down the whole computer. This happened three times for three days after a short usage of the software
