Lithological Swatches
When I want to use the USGS lithological swatches, I usually have difficulty finding them. Could all these be placed in a top level menu?

You can make a swatch library persistent in its panel menu, and it should stay opened between sessions.
Also you can customize your document profiles to have it included in main Swatches panel, or use template files (easier to setup).
Please comment back if it works for you (if it’s still relevant after 4 years).
