Uniform Tranform in AI and Ps

Why do you have to hold shift in illustrator but not in photoshop to do a uniform transform? Why did you guys have to switch that in 2020? Do you know how much you are messing with my head? I regret upgrading so bad (yes I just upgraded this week).

    so weird, we have the same name, but I totally agree with you! I hope Adobe will change this!
