scale tool doesn't work in make pattern
The scale tool currently does not do anything within pattern mode. Maybe this worked in previous versions, but would like to see all tools working within pattern mode on future updates

Thanks Egor, I am on Windows -- must be a pc specific bug

Can't confirm on Windows, 24.2.1.
All three, Scale, Free Transform, bounding box, work fine for me (as intended).
