Switch between stroke colour and fill colour for multiple objects
You can switch between fill and stroke of an object's colour. It would be great to be able to do the same for multiple colours (i.e ? symbol for several colours at once)

Jamie, if you use AstuteGraphics plugins, there is a command for that. You can also assign it to the same Shift+X hotkey.
If you are not using these, you can run a script I attach to this comment.
And yes — this should be a thing Ai has by default. Voted.
