SVG scalable vector export option for use in Microsoft applications
Please include an .svg format without code or mobile device use that will hold clipping, gradients, etc. to use as scalable vector artwork to be placed in MSO applications. This was not an issue in previous versions of Illustrator.
I provide scalable vector artwork from my projects for my clients who work in Microsoft applications by placing "Picture from File" in a PowerPoint Catalog.
When exporting, I get an error message: "Clipping will be lost on roundtrip to Tiny" when opening them back up and the artwork is distorted.
I got better results with "Save a copy" however, I still get the error message: "Clipping will be lost on roundtrip to Tiny" and I must open each asset to clean up clipping errors.
It would be nice to be able to export an SVG version without code etc. (though accessible description option would be nice :-)
(FYI: I use to be able to place vector PDFs but they end up rasterizing so I switched to .svg)

Can you please share both SVGs for the team to look at and investigate it?

Update: My current workaround it to export an .svg from Illustrator into InkScape (https://inkscape.org/), save it as an "InkScape .svg" then place picture from file into MSO PowerPoint to provide my client with scaleable vector artwork.
Illustrator .svg's end up rastering. What is Inkscape getting right that illustrator no longer can do?
Scaleable .svg's that don't rasterize are essential to my client, who produce large-scale scientific posters using PowerPoint and like most businesses work in MS Office.
