Bell icon next to share button - option to remove icon and/or disable blue dots

Bell and icon are distracting - I do not wish to see them or have to do something to clear the blue dot.
I also do not want or need the "Share" button (in any colour) or any other distractions.I know how to clear the blue dot, I want a clean UI with no distractions. "These vanish when you click Clear All in the dropdown.
