Please make an artboard name and number on top of artwork
Instead of making a clipping mask, please make the artboard number visible on top of any layer.

In the new version of Illustrator 2026, when a graphic extends beyond the artboard boundaries, it covers the artboard name, making it impossible to see or select the artboard. This is very difficult to work with, especially when working with nested artboards.
