Add Transparency/Opacity setting to Stroke panel

Add Transparency/Opacity setting to Stroke panel.
Is fast and intuitive, in stead of going through the Appearance hazzlel for a simple setting.
Strokes should have separate Opacity settings, so a Path can have Fill and Stroke with different Opacities.
