  1. Keeping same values as original files (ai)

    Working on repetitive files with slight copy change is nice to store in the libraries. I enjoy the quick and easy access to the files. But they do not retain the same value as originally dragged into the libraries. The measurements are converted to pixels. The bleed and art board values are consolidated. It would be nice to store all values from AI into the libraries.

  2. Add multiple fills to a CC Library at once.

    I think it would be really nice if you could select multiple shapes and add their separate fills into a CC Library. Helpful when making color palettes and things.

  3. Asset name focus after dragging asset to cc library panel

    I create a lot of Creative Cloud library assets, usually by dragging vectors from my canvas directly onto the Libraries panel. I like to immediately name my assets, so it would be a huge time-saver if, once an asset had been successfully dragged, the "name" field got focus. As is, I need to mouse over to the panel and double-click to rename.

  4. CC subfolders not visible when opening files

    Currently if you organise AI. iles into project folders within your local CC folder, these subfolders aren't visible when opening in AI. Libraries offers the ability to categorise assets / files into project folders that are visible making it super easy to find specific files. I know there is a search feature but, with hundreds of assets, being able to have multi level folder structure visible when opening AI files from local CC folder would be awesome.

  5. PDFs in Libraries: Why I can't edit them?

    In Libraries:
    .AI files are editable with a ctrl-click > Edit
    .PDF are not.

    Please allow PDF files to be open in Adobe Illustrator.

  6. Space or area to collect ideas, a scrapsheet, like Playbook

    Sometimes when creating, brainstorming is a step! So an area for us to put our ideas while working on an idea would be cool. Maybe a tab to place items we could add, like a "shelf" with items we'd like to use on multiple places. I know you have the library right now, but there's a site called Playbook where projects can be organized, it would be great if it was something like this for Adobe rather than a third party.

  7. Library doesn't fully sync out of Capture

    I was told to put my concerns and ideas here although my frustration is mostly with libraries and the capture app capture is super cool for all of its features but the app was created specifically so that you could use those features and the library Assets in other programs my library assets won't save past about 200 and I've already created thousands, inc fun brushes i want to share, teach, but cant save or recreate so now I'm stuck. it's a cool app you should support it better and fix the glitches: export doesn't work, libraries don't work completely…

  8. When sharing a file for a client to add comments. Add a button for when they are done adding comments.

    When sharing a file for a client to add comments. It would be good for a button to be added saying "done" or "finished". At the moment, we get notified for every comment, and I don't know when the client has finished adding all their comments. It would be good to get a notification of when they have finished.

  9. Selecting colors in my color library isn't working, even if object is selected

    Suddenly, I'm unable to change the fill or stroke color of my selected object via my color library like I always do. I attached a video showing my attempts. I have no idea what happened, because it was working just fine a few hours ago.

    Why is the icon to show a file is saved to the cloud a check mark?! It would be more clear if it were a cloud.

  11. Illustrator Version History Panel for Synced Files

    It would be nice if the Version History Panel within Illustrator also showed the History for Items locally saved and synced via Creative Cloud Files. The information and abilities are there when you view the file via the Creative Cloud Files Web page so it would just be a matter of the panel bringing in that information to the Panel from the website. It would be helpful to have that info locally within Illustrator instead of having to go out to a webpage in a browser.

  12. Sharing a Batch of Files for Feedback & Review

    The new 2022 features include the ability to share a single document and get feedback within the CC software from other contributors on any internet browser. Please add the ability for users to share multiple files at a single time. I need to be able to send a batch of files for review.

  13. Vector Importing for Library Assets

    I would like the option to be able to import vector CC Library Assets as live vectors (rather than as a link) in Illustrator.

    This is a vector editing software.....and the asset I'm grabbing from the library to bring in as a vector asset (and probably originally built in Illustrator).....why can't I have an alternate means (ex. Shift+Drag for import = import as live vector art) to be able to bring the asset in as an editable piece of art?

  15. The ability to add CSS code from the Generator to CC libraries

    Hi there, I wanted to put in a feature request that would allow a designer to add CSS code from the generator to be added to CC libraries as a text file.

    As a designer, I create elements for our dev team and they are able to take the CSS code I generate from my designs and integrate it into another product for web development.   17. Some type of notification when a linked CC library asset has changed...

    I'd like some type of notification when a CC library asset changes so I can choose to keep the current version (essentially un-linking it) or update to the latest version. This notification should happen when opening documents as well as while they are open. It does not have to be a modal dialog, it could also just be that the asset gets an icon or is highlighted somehow - but something noticeable. Better would be the ability to specify whether I want it to update art automatically, notify me that an updated asset is available by highlighting somehow, or notify…

  18. Opening Fresco files from the cloud with Illustrator

    Hello, it's really great that Illustrator can now open files from the cloud. But unfortunately not the sketches from Fresco. You still have to export them first and then you can open them in Illustrator. It would be great if you could change that, i.e. open PSDC files from the cloud in Illustrator. Thanks a lot

    Hi,

    You are now able to send Fresco files to Illustrator on the desktop with the latest version of Fresco and Illustrator. You can also place embed Fresco files in Illustrator. Please give it a try. In the future, we will also add smoother options to copy paste objects on both the Illustrator surfaces – desktop and iOS.

  19. Update linked assets for large number of files

    I have an asset in CC Libraries that I used in 50+ ai files. Those ai files are then used in a layout in InDesign. If i change the asset in CC Libraries I would like a way to force an update of that asset to all those AI files so that the update propagates through to my InDesign layout.

  20. Bring back free assets and the ability to search in CC for them

    Adobe recently took away a feature which was part of the cloud subscription which really sucks!
