I would like to ask for a reminder or alarm feature
I would like to ask for a reminder or alarm feature, which can be in the settings and the user can set it up (somewhat personalized)
Example:
- I need a reminder to hit save every 5 minutes.
- I would like to set a reminder for a mistake I usually do half way through my design. (so maybe a reminder to double check the artwork process)1 vote -
Can you build an illustrator that crashes every minute instead of every five minutes?
Can you build an illustrator that does not crash every single day? How is this possible? Used to be able to run illustrator for weeks without a crash and now it crashes everyday. Your garbage products get worse by the minute. Useless!!!

データ結合 アクションのバッチ処理の際の変数のデータセット開始位置指定について
アクションのバッチ処理を用いてデータ結合を行う際、
CSVの２行目からデータセット１，データセット２～と読み込まれますが、
行数が数百～数千行ある場合、例えば、「データセット100から200まで」など、
開始位置や行数、範囲を指定してバッチ処理することはできないでしょうか。現在は、CSVファイルを100行ずつ分割して複数作成し、都度、読込みなおすという作業をしていますが、
大変面倒で不便ですので、データセットの範囲を指定できるようにしていただけると助かります。

Pencil and Pen Tool Request
I've been using Adobe products over 30 years and saw tool stay the same over time. The way I see Illustrator it should mimic how an Illustrator uses a pencil and pen.
The title it's self demands changes to give us a more natural feel using the tools. The Pen and Pencil tool we can use as a major tool used.
Like using the Pencil Tool there could be variations as we are drawing with Pen pressure that varies kinda like tapers and thick lines based on how we apply a calligraphy path, It opens and closes.

Improving Action tool for moving and copying objects\group of objects
As a fashion designer I make a lot of technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator daily.
Usually garments are symmetrical and to save my time and make my working process more convenient I learned how to move and reflect an object exactly to the centre of the other half in 6 steps. But it is a lot of steps, so when I tried to record an action with all steps it didn't work correctly with other objects.

An image or shape splitter that randomly generates splits in an image based upon user-set ranges
Currently, mosaics are somewhat difficult to make (I am new so I don't know everything, therefore I have some issues with this) I am looking for a function that allows the splitting of images, shapes, or shape groups, through a menu that you place ranges upon (i.e. amount of resulting shapes, how many sides per shape as a range between two numbers, etc.)
The ability to select shapes in an image by area and color to then split them randomly while still keeping original outline form would be also appreciated, along with averaging color values if you choose to split…

Create an Action from History Panel
Ok... I've hit on an idea.. I think. Have you ever been experimenting and hit on a great idea, or manually created an effect to lettering, and would like to apply the same treatment to other objects?
This could be an option in the Actions panel to create an Action from history. This would involve a couple new tools. A History panel like Photoshop, and an option to create an Action from already performed steps.

Pg Up & Pg Down
Hi guys! I have a feature request. Usually the rule of thumb is if you can hotkey it or select it from a menu then you can build it into an action. There's one exception I've found.
Illustrator will respond to using the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard to navigate your artboards. BUT it ignores these commands if you're recording an action.
We could make some really robust and powerful actions if we could program actions to navigate through the artboards. Please please please add this?
PS it would also be amazing if variables could navigate…
