I would like to ask for a reminder or alarm feature, which can be in the settings and the user can set it up (somewhat personalized)
Example:
- I need a reminder to hit save every 5 minutes.
- I would like to set a reminder for a mistake I usually do half way through my design. (so maybe a reminder to double check the artwork process)1 vote -
Can you build an illustrator that crashes every minute instead of every five minutes?
Can you build an illustrator that does not crash every single day? How is this possible? Used to be able to run illustrator for weeks without a crash and now it crashes everyday. Your garbage products get worse by the minute. Useless!!!

Add "Embed Images" to Menu/Actions
Working with multiple print files requires manual embedding of each linked image, which is time-consuming. Please add "Embed Images" to either:
- The Actions panel for batch processing, or
- The menu system to allow keyboard shortcut assignment
This would significantly improve workflow efficiency in print production environments.

Need 'Allow Tool Recording ' feauture in Illustrator's Action Panel
I'm a graphic designer, digital artist, and traditional painter with over 20 years of experience. As a digital artist and painter, I would like to record my workflow within Illustrator with targeted layers, similar to how Rebelle records only top layers. I would greatly appreciate it if you could implement the tool recording and workflow recording options in Illustrator specifically for particular targeted layers or for all the layers in a project. Batch convert to AI format
I would appreciate a way to batch convert multiple vector files (eps, svg, etc.) to .ai format.
I get a lot of eps files, and I would like to convert them to Illustrator files all at once without having to open them individually and saving them one at a time. I thought this used to be possible in Bridge, but I can't find anyone else who remembers this.

データ結合 アクションのバッチ処理の際の変数のデータセット開始位置指定について
アクションのバッチ処理を用いてデータ結合を行う際、
CSVの２行目からデータセット１，データセット２～と読み込まれますが、
行数が数百～数千行ある場合、例えば、「データセット100から200まで」など、
開始位置や行数、範囲を指定してバッチ処理することはできないでしょうか。現在は、CSVファイルを100行ずつ分割して複数作成し、都度、読込みなおすという作業をしていますが、
大変面倒で不便ですので、データセットの範囲を指定できるようにしていただけると助かります。

Pull multiple images from folder one at a time, image trace/expand and store in 2nd folder, in 2 different formats
Can you make it so that an Action in Illustrator will pull batch images (probably one at a time to avoid processor overload) into Illustrator from a specified folder, apply image trace, apply expand, then save to a second folder in two different formats (EPS/jpg).
And PLEASE keep the settings for Image Trace (mode, etc) the same for each imported image, instead of returning to default.

Actions for Image Tracing
Hi Adobe, PLEASE can you add more detail to the actions. For example, when I run an image trace, I don't just want to rerun the last one as I have different presets. I want to be able to say use the "Outline Fills" Image Trace and expand. Additionally these should be able to be adjusted later by double clicking the action line - like photoshop does

Crop Image to Artboard Option
When creating multiple graphics with high-quality images, it would be great if there was an option to select when cropping an image that automatically cropped the image to the size of the artboard.

After the last update, a lot of roughness appears in the image when I click "image trace".
"image trace" results are not as smooth as before.

Pencil and Pen Tool Request
I've been using Adobe products over 30 years and saw tool stay the same over time. The way I see Illustrator it should mimic how an Illustrator uses a pencil and pen.
The title it's self demands changes to give us a more natural feel using the tools. The Pen and Pencil tool we can use as a major tool used.
Like using the Pencil Tool there could be variations as we are drawing with Pen pressure that varies kinda like tapers and thick lines based on how we apply a calligraphy path, It opens and closes.

Hold Key to Zoom, like in Sketch
I need a functionality like in Sketch app to Zoom In / Out canvas quickly and smoothly!
So, just to hold Command key and I can smoothly and quickly do this.
This should be common for macOS art apps…I’m not using trackpad, but I’m using Magic Mouse 2, so I can always pan canvas using gestures on a mouse with one finger, but I don't have a scroll wheel and to Zoom I’d need just to hold a Command key, like in Sketch! That's it.

Improving Action tool for moving and copying objects\group of objects
As a fashion designer I make a lot of technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator daily.
Usually garments are symmetrical and to save my time and make my working process more convenient I learned how to move and reflect an object exactly to the centre of the other half in 6 steps. But it is a lot of steps, so when I tried to record an action with all steps it didn't work correctly with other objects.
