  1. Illustrator window moves behind all other windows when you reposition the frame

    When selecting a window in Illustrator it immediately falls to the background as I move it around. VERY obnoxious.. this is also happening in Photoshop.

    Mac Studio, 64gb, Ventura 13.2.1, latest version of AI and PSD.
