Unable to import Adobe Stock files from my library
Every time I try to import an Adobe Stock file from my library into an Illustrator document I get a red error message that says “Can’t place file”. I am able to import my own files from my library.

I’ve also uploaded to the creative cloud to then open from there. I get the same message. I downloaded two ai stocks. One would open, the other smaller file would not.
I had to open on my desktop and save to the cloud for the file to work on my iPad.
