  1. App crashes frequently and error when saving

    The app keeps crashing while I’m working. I’m also getting an error when trying to save and I lose my work.

  3. App constantly crashes + cant save a file error

    Hi!
    The app constantly crashes on my ipad 9.
    What I do:
    1. Open the app
    2. Open the project
    3. It crashes and doesnt let me do any action

    Before the above started to happen, there also was “cant save a file” error for a couple of months, I coudnt save any of my projects on ipad.

    So now I cannot use your app at all.

    I wanted to attach the log file here, but it writes that the file format is not supported (zip).

    Help, please.

  5. Ai for iPad crashes when I create a new template

    This is a bug report.

    Every time I go to create a new template it crashes when I select “create file”.
    But when I open it back up the new template exists and selecting to work after that point it’s fine. The bug in the program comes after it makes the document.
    It crashes. But once opened again all is good.

    I believe that A command prompt in what to do next is the syntax error that needs fixing.

  8. Exporting a file as Ai

    I have in one document 9 Artboards in Illustrator on my iPad Pro and when I go to export it as an Ai the box pops up for a second then disappears, not allowing me to export. When I quickly export it as PNG it works but I need the Ai file to be bought into InDesign. I’ve been able to save files as Ai before, so now I’m worried that the file is to large for it to be exported as an Ai from my iPad Pro. I tired to copy the artboards and bring them into a new…

    Are you using Apple Pencil to tap on the menu? If yes does it work when you tap fingers. Also, please share details of you iPad and a video of the issue to investigate it further.

  10. aic file doesn’t save on ipad illustrator if originally from desktop illustrator

    Aic file created on Desktop illustrator, saved on cloud, then if edited in ipad illustrator does not save even though it says it is saving.

  11. 作業中に画面が落ちる、ファイルが開けない、保存できない

    iPadで利用しています。アップデートして最新の状態でデータを作成していても何かの拍子に画面が落ちてしまいます。またはファイルを書き出せません、ファイルを配置できません。と通知が出て作業が無効になってしまいます。

  13. Illustrator gets closed when a specific cloud file is opened

    I was working on a cloud document on ipad air 4 and everything was fine but suddenly illustrator closed itself. Now whenever I try to open that specific cloud file it keeps getting closed. It was not even complicated file to force ipad. Please help me solving the issue

  14. Connections and synchronisation issues

    Illustrator doesn’t seem to keep connected to the Creative Cloud, saying I am no longer connected and it doesn’t synchronize my work. I have lost multiple works this way.
    Impossibility to synchronize, save or stay registered (screenshots are in French sorry but this is basically what it says).
    Of course I tried login/logout and multiple other attempts to synchronize.

  16. ファイルを開こうとすると落ちる

    iPad版 バージョン3.0.3、iPad第9世代 OS16.4.1
    ファイルを開こうとすると落ちる。開けても真っ白で何も映らない。(レイヤープレビューには表示あり) 再インストールしても変わらないため作業が進まず困っている。

  18. Placing Files

    While on illustrator for iPad Pro unable to open a file or photo while using the app. I’ve tried multiple different files and photos and nothing is working. It always gives me a little read error message that says can’t place file. I’ve uninstall the app and reinstalled it. Also, my iPad has the latest update.

  19. Save bug, lost work

    I’ve lost work twice today. The auto save is bugging and even when I’ve been going back to menu to force it to save I still lost work. How can I trust this?

  20. Illustrator crashes when switching to another app and returning to illustrator

    Currently illustrator crashes when I have a file open and go to another app and come back illustrator has to restart and I lose any work I did since I last opened it. The time I notice it most is when I export a file and then I go to my photos or messages to send that file to a client and when I come back to illustrator the app restarts and I lost all my work. What I started doing as a workaround is after exporting I go back to my file close the file and then switch apps…
