When moving Artboards, certain elements stick in place, out of position
When moving an artboard, certain elements (type mostly) stick in place and loose their sync to the artboard. Sometimes, they snap back later, other times they’re just left wherever the artboard previously was.

This is especially annoying after you move something then undo. It will move the artboard back but it won't move the stuck elements.
