How can we improve Adobe Illustrator (iPad)? Vote or report a bug — one problem per entry, please.

'Preferences reset after each CC update' has been merged into this idea

Crash when opening or creating any document.

Since moving to iPadOS17.1 the illustrator app has become unusable. Anytime i create or open a document, it immediately crashes. I have also tried deleting and redownloading the app. The issue still persists.

Ugh, glad it’s not just me I guess. I did not expect such an expensive subscription program to have such a big problem with a planned os update…
