I’m a new user to illustrator for iPad. I’ve been working on a file that has kept crashing the past several days. For the last two days, I can’t even open the file. When I click it, I see the “creating preview” dialogue box. It loads fully then disappears. I click the file again, the “creating preview” dialogue box appears again. This time the file opens but I am met with a blank screen. No canvas, no layers, nothing. Then when I try to go back to the Home Screen, it doesn’t work.

I created a new project and it seems to work fine. Not sure why my work in progress is not loading. Illustrator and iPad both updated to most recent versions. iPad has 256gb capacity with roughly 230gb remaining.
