importing images does not work in app
When I import an image using the shortcut on the workspace to the left the images only shows up as a white frame and I cannot see the actually image. When importing images by copying them in the photos app and pressing cmd v in the app it imports correctly.

Whenever I try to place an image into a file, it shows blank. I can see the bounding box and move it around but the image is not there.
