Severe optimization issues and bugs on the new iPad Pro 13" (M5)
Hi Adobe Team,
I am experiencing severe optimization issues and bugs on the new iPad Pro 13" (M5) model while using Adobe Illustrator for iPad.
Issues Experienced:
App Freezing & Touch Unresponsiveness: While drawing, the app randomly freezes completely. Pinch-to-zoom and pan gestures with fingers stop working entirely.
App Crash on Import: When trying to send/export artwork from Adobe Fresco directly to Illustrator for iPad, the Illustrator app automatically crashes and closes.
Device & OS Information:
Device: iPad Pro 13-inch (M5)
App: Adobe Illustrator for iPad (Latest Version)
OS: iPadOS (Latest Version)
Please look into M5 chip optimization and release a patch update as soon as possible. Thank you!
