Much needed

Please add this ASAP! Envelopes are huge for shirt design and sorely needed on iPad.

Adobe devs, have yall started on this yet or this a planned feature(s) at all? It’s much needed!

Warp tool to warp text into an existing shape

I really need this in iPad Illustrator!

A much needed feature is warping, distorting skewing any object or text. I want to be able to conform or stretch vector text any shape i want like a fish, or star, and anything. I believe this feature is called envelope on a desktop app. I dont like that I have to go to Procreate to achieve this affect.

I agree with the comment about also needing envelope distort, would love to see that added to iPad capability!

Yes this is a vital thing from the desktop. Should be much higher on the priority list!!!

Slanted or skew text or objects is needed.

The ability to skew an object Is desperately needed !! I don’t understand how that feature could be overlooked

This is so frustrating. I just got a CC subscription for ipad but some of my essential tools are missing.

Please add free transform and warp tools for text and vector shapes! Scaling is nice but can be very limiting in terms of creating original designs.

Add draw inside object tool, shear tool

I think I use this feature on a daily basis! I have put off learning illustrator on iPad. Doesn’t look like I can use it as much without this feature.

Hey, guys. Would love to se Envelope distort come to the app, and I would love if you guys had the smart guid system also have the ability to light up for the space between objects. Would also like to see the guides system built in similar to the desktop version. Would also like to see the canvas have the ability to have two finger pan. Another big one would be EPS export ability, and a some more advanced ability when it comes to swatches, like being able to create a spot color swatch for large scale print and cut. The app is really starting to take shape. I think all of us who have been using illustrator for 20 plus years, who also use iPad would love to see as many of the desktop features come as possible. The foundation is very solid.

I don’t understand why it doesn’t already have this... it’s a necessity for logo design.

I use my iPad 99% of the time due to convenience. If having a tool to warp or curve text would make it much more convenient and increase usage in this app on my iPad.
