This is still an issue even after 3 years we need a solution already!!
I'm a designer in the middle east and I have been using illustrator for desktop for my job. however, whenever I try to edit on my iPad I struggle to edit because I cannot edit the Arabic/Urdu text.
Please fix this as it started to get very irritating to se all the incredible updates but still failed to fix this stupid bug. -

I purchased my iPad specifically to use Adobe Illustrator, but I was shocked to discover that the iPad version does not support the Arabic language. This has completely halted my work, and I now realize that I spent a significant amount of money without being able to do anything with it.
Support for RTL languages (such as Arabic, Persian, Urdu) is crucial for many creators. This issue has been raised for years, yet we still haven’t received any update or solution from your side.
Could you please let us know if this support will be available soon? It would make a huge difference for the entire community of creators who rely on RTL languages.
Thank you in advance for your attention

This is a very frustrating problem that all Arabic language users go through, it really shouldn't be happening considering the amount of people using Arabic. I hope this problem and all problems related to the Arabic language, and Right-to-Left writing direction can be resolved.

I seriously don’t get why Adobe still doesn’t support Arabic language. All apps do, including free ones. Why are we paying for a subscription that doesn’t include Arabic language, the 4th most common language in the world. Arab scientists are who ones who have set the foundational knowledge for all these technologies to exist. It is so irritating because it is already available on desktop! I have an iPad Pro with a very powerful chip that can do so many things , but I can’t use most of the apps on my adobe subscription because they only work on desktop and not tablets.
Adobe has all the capabilities and resources to make it possible and regain its reputation as a global leader in digital media technologies , why are they dragging themselves to failure? Now Canva is more useful than all of my Adobe apps combined. What a shame. We aren’t asking for heaven here. We re asking for a very basic thing that should be a standard! Seriously, wake up Adobe. -
