  1. Inside / Outside aligned strokes don’t trim sharp corners properly

    The fact Inside / Outside aligned strokes are in fact dynamically generated compound shapes is a well obscured mystery, and it poses a ton of problems for experienced users.

    However, this problem is blatantly obvious for all of us.
    1. Make a path with a sharp angle, set sharp corners
    2. Try to align stroke to Inside / Outside (open paths currently support this only in Beta)
    3. Just look at the results.

    What are these protrusions?
    Why don’t they get auto-trimmed?
    Why expanding them gives a zero-width disjointed sliver and two unconnected shapes?

    The team has encountered several issues with this feature. It requires them to change the basic algorithms and it is going to take them more time than anticipated.

    While it still works in Beta 28.8.0.7, the next Beta build will have Inside/Outside aligned strokes for open paths disabled. The Beta is scheduled to be live on 7th of August.

    Once this is ready to be enabled back, the team will update the status.

  2. Arrowheads preview are missing in the dropdown list for Stroke

    Arrowheads are not displaying correctly.
    Try scrolling, sometimes are disappearing or not shown correctly (wrong arrow).

  3. default line stroke color needs to be black and no fill for line segment tool, it keeps reverting back to no fill/no stroke color

    This has been going on for a very long time so I'm sure many others have seen this by now. I do A LOT of work using the line segment tool. Nearly 50% of the time I am using it, the stroke color or fill selections change on the tool. It needs to be set on default with no fill, black stroke color, with either .5 or 1 pixel(should be selectable in settings) Please for the love of anything...fix this silly problem.

  4. Inner & Outer Stroke Alignment on Text in Beta 28.5.66

    This is at least that second time that you have enabled stroke alignment on live text only to disable it in the next update. ENOUGH ALREADY. Obviously stroke alignment CAN BE DONE on live text, so stop fiddling around and just leave it enabled. The workaround is to create a graphic style with an inner or outer aligned stroke and then use the alt-key to ADD that graphic style to the existing appearance, but that's a hassle.
