    How important is this to you?

    Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

    Having the same issue. Creative Cloud open, signed in, up to date, opened Illustrator from there. Illustrator Library says not signed in.

    I've tried quitting/force quitting from Activity Monitor as suggested in another post, still nothing.

    Any ideas?!
