   Spacebar/hand tool on Illustrator and Photoshop not working since updating CC 2021.
   I cannot begin to explain how much this sucks. Fix it.

   Big Sur 11.3.1
   2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
   64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
