YES PLEASE!!! I always have a sketch image as the topmost layer when I'm doing storyboards. It's infuriating that the eyedropper tool constantly picks up the "no fill/no stroke" properties of the overlaid PNG mages rather than the stroke or fills in the illustration I'm creating underneath.
Attached an example image of my reference sketch over top. If i were to use the eyedropper tool to change the color of the pinky finger stroke to match the other finger colors, it would cause the stroke/fill of that finger to turn blank like the locked layer appearance of the sketch.
