    The Color Panel keeps popping out whenever I select Stroke. This issue has been around for several years now. Nobody uses this panel. It's a problem and very annoying. Can't you fix it?     It is now year 2022–Q4. This problem is still present. Adobe should place an option to prevent Illustrator from auto-adjusting the width of the panels inside the well. Most of them are indeed fixed to the width of the Properties panel.
