Can you please check if Dictation is on your MAC. We are aware of an issue where Dictation software was interfering.
If this does not work, please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.Warm Regards,

I know this is and has been an issue for a long time since googling it gets LOTS of complaints for years. I am using newest versions of AI and PSD and when both are running, the cursoR flickers in AI. It's like its on drugs and totally gets in way of workflow. It's been like this for several versions. Quiting PSD solves this, but why should you have to quit a program for another related program to work? PLEASE FIX! I'm paying $30 a month for these programs.
