  1. Saving PDFs and PDF compatible AI files are now taking forever to complete. PLEASE FIX.

    Haven't timed it, but have walked away come back and it is still saving.

    The more linked files or embedded images, the longer it takes.

    I have turned off "create pdf compatible file" that helped alot when saving an ai file. Not as fast as it used t be, but tolerable.

    Saving the same file as a PDF takes a few minutes, but not as long as an ai file that is PDF compatible.
