   Disabling the magnet Mac app helped for me. I've been looking for a solution for about a month. I found the solution via this reddit thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/AdobeIllustrator/comments/1anlwe0/illustrator_objects_sticking_to_the_mouse_cursor/?rdt=44407
